Guests occupying our self catering log cabins are given temporary complimentary membership of the Health and Fitness Club. It is a great place to get fit and make new friends. After a session in the gym followed by a revitalising swim you can relax in the comfortable lounge and enjoy a light meal and a cup of coffee.
One day and weekly memberships of the pool area are also available for visitors, details are given below.

The excellent facilities include an L-shaped swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gym with separate resistance and cardiovascular suites, plus a cafeteria and lounge.
The spacious gym is fitted with a wide range of the very latest resistance and cardiovascular equipment. Whatever your age and fitness level the fully qualified staff at Long Ashes will help you by providing an exercise programme for your individual needs.
The spacious pool has plenty of room for leisure as well as training use for more serious swimmers.
